FormResizer is free to use and needs no account. You may use the files you create for any lawful purpose.

Your responsibility

Check every file before you submit it. Form requirements change, and only the official notice for your application is authoritative. We are not responsible for a rejected application, a missed deadline or a file that does not meet a requirement.

Use only your own signature and photo, or ones you are authorised to submit.

No warranty

The tool is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.

We may update the tool and these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
