About FormResizer
FormResizer prepares signatures and photos for online application forms: exams, recruitment, scholarships and government services. You tell it the file size and image size the form asks for, and it gives you a JPG that meets both, checked item by item before you download.
How it works
The image is decoded, cleaned up, cropped, resized and compressed on your own device, then reopened and checked for pixels, DPI, format and byte size. Your image is processed on your device and never uploaded. Once this page has loaded, the tool works even offline.
Where exam sizes come from
Only from the exam's own official notice. Each exam we add shows the notice it comes from and the date we checked it. Exams we have not checked are not listed; for those, enter the size from your own notice.
What it does not do
- It does not invent requirements. Generic quick values are only shortcuts; always follow your form's official notice.
- It does not pad files to reach a minimum size or retouch faces.
- It does not show pop-ups or put adverts between upload and download.
- It is not connected to any exam body or government department.
